(slang) An operator at a call centre who works entirely from scripts and is thus unable to help with any problems for which no script exists.

スクリプトに沿って定型的に対応するコールセンターのオペレーター。台本外の問題に対しては、柔軟な対応ができないため、あくまで決められたスクリプトに基づく業務に従事する人物を指す（俗語）。
