禁則処理（きんそくしょり）とは、主に日本語組版において行頭や行末に配置してはいけない文字（句読点、括弧の片側、小書き文字など）が不適切な位置に来ないように、自動的に行分割や文字間調整を行う処理のこと。 / 特定の記号や文字の出現位置に制約（禁則）を設け、その制約を満たすようにテキストの折り返しや配置を調整する処理全般。
