warp knit
A knit fabric in which intermeshing loops are positioned in warp, or lengthwise, direction. The fabric has a flatter, closer, less elastic structure than most welt knits and is run-resistant.
ウォープニット：経糸方向（縦方向）にループが相互に絡み合って形成されるニット生地。通常のウェルトニットよりも平坦で密着しており、弾性が低く、裂けにくい特性を持つ。
