再生型熱酸化装置：VOCや悪臭など、様々な大気汚染物質を対象に、炉内で約800℃で約1秒間ガスを燃焼させることにより処理を行う装置。燃焼により発生した熱をほぼ全量回収し、陶器製の熱交換器を使用して汚染された空気を予熱することで、エネルギー消費を大幅に削減する。
