t-conorm

(fuzzy logic) A binary function from [0,1] × [0,1] to [0,1], which, when given (a,b) as input, returns one minus a t-norm of (1 − a, 1 − b).

t-conormとは、ファジィ論理における二項演算子であり、[0,1]×[0,1]内の値を入力として受け取り、出力も[0,1]の値となる。与えられた入力(a, b)に対して、1 − t-norm(1 − a, 1 − b)という形で定義され、t-normとの双対性によって論理和に対応する役割を果たす。 / ファジィ集合における論理和（または集合の和）を表現するために利用される演算子で、t-norm（論理積）の双対として働く。

When designing fuzzy logic systems, engineers often choose a t-conorm to combine membership degrees because it computes the result as one minus a t-norm of the complements (1 − a, 1 − b).
