I am convinced by large experience that the coryzæ which correspond respectively to Merc. and Ars. will yield more readily and certainly to the 6th dilution than to any others, higher or lower, which I have yet tried; whilst, on the other hand, I have found this same potency vastly less satisfactory in some other forms of disease to which the drugs are homœopathic.

We do not extenuate the evil which the heresiarch produces; but we say that it is not evil of that sort against which it is the end of government to guard.
