As of 2 p.m. Tuesday, the storm was located about 930 kilometers southwest of Eluanbi, Taiwan's southernmost tip, moving in a northwesterly direction at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour, packing sustained winds of 65 kph and gusts of up to 90 kph, the weather bureau said.
