異なる種族や民族に属する者は、必ず心を異にし信頼できないとみなす偏見を表す言葉。
社会の矛盾や意見の違いに直面するたびに、『同じ民族に属さない者は、その心が必ず異なる』という古いことわざを思い返し、多様なコミュニティ間で理解と信頼を築くよう努めるべきです。
Whenever faced with conflicts and differences in society, we should reflect on the old proverb 'People of a different race or ethnicity cannot be trusted' and work hard to build understanding and trust among diverse communities.
