(grammar) A question asked in an indirect way; either as a statement, for example I'd like to know how much I would earn; or enclosed in another question, for example Could you tell me how much I would earn?

間接疑問文: 文法用語として、直接的な疑問文ではなく、他の文中に含まれる形で表現される疑問。例えば、『いくら稼げるか知りたい』のように、直接質問としてではなく、一部の文で問われる形式のことです。
