I was recently teaching a class about the signs and symptoms of stress and burnout, and asked them to think about the 'red flags' in their lives that let them know when they were feeling stressed, writes Dr Jane Clark of Armidale. One student told me that her red flag was when she started 'procrastibaking' - cooking dozens of scones and Anzac biscuits to avoid her assignments. Simone Chin is one such procrastibaker.
