The other half of that dynamic involves the universe as relational matrix, as finite bordered relative existence, being penetrated by whatever it is that it exists in relation to, which, again, in this case is infinite borderless absolute existence. That is, as the universe expands into the surrounding nonuniverse, that surrounding nonuniverse must also be expanding into the universe.
