Hot flashes, lack of sleep, severe headaches, lack of vitality, water retention....hell I get the lot, I tried HRT allbeit for a short period and it made my head so bad I wanted to jump under a bus....am working my way thro' homiopathic things now, but with little improvement...does this sound normal, or did I kick somebody's cat?
