肺機能評価のための代理指標 / パルスオキシメトリで得られる血中酸素飽和度（SpO2）と吸入酸素濃度（FiO2）を用いた、PaO2/FiO2比を代用する指標

救急病棟では、動脈血ガス分析が利用できない場合に、動脈血酸素分圧（PaO2）に基づく肺機能評価の代替として、経皮的酸素飽和度と吸入酸素濃度の比を医師が用いていた。
