ハードウェアレベルの割り込みで、ソフトウェアによってマスク（無効化）できない割り込み。例えば、メモリのパリティエラーなどが原因で発生する。

システムがメモリのパリティエラーを検出したとき、CPUを停止させ診断データを保持するためにソフトウェアでマスクできない割り込みが発生しました。
