命乞い（いのちごい）とは、死刑や殺害など、命の危険に直面した人が、相手に対して自分の命を助けてほしいと懇願することを指す。転じて、厳しい処罰や不利益から逃れようとして必死に許しを請う行為全般を指すこともある。 / 歴史的・古語的用法として、神仏や超自然的存在に対して、自らの寿命の延長や長寿を祈り願うことを表す場合もある。
