反回喉頭神経：迷走神経の枝の一つで、喉頭の下から分岐し、右側では鎖骨下動脈の下、左側では大動脈弓の下を回って上行し、喉頭に向かう神経。喉頭内のほぼ全ての筋肉（ただし、甲状軟骨筋＝クルチコサイディアル筋を除く）に枝を供給する。
