弓が完全に引かれた状態で矢が矢先の指す方向に飛んでいく際、本来なら矢が元の軌道を通過するはずの位置を通過せずに進むかのように見える現象。これは、矢が放たれる際に起こる反り(たわみ)に起因する現象を指す。
