オーストラリアン・ルールズ・フットボールにおいて、相手選手に対して体の側面(ヒップから上腕・肩部まで)を使ってバンプ(ぶつかる行為)を加えるプレー。上腕は体に近づけた状態で行われ、後ろからの突きや相手の頭部に当たる場合はファウルとされる。
