キリスト教神学の用語で、イエス・キリストにはただ一つの本性（性質）しか認めないとする教説。とくに、キリストの神性のみを強調し、人性を事実上否定してしまう立場を指すことが多い。一般に「単性論」「単性派」の教義とも呼ばれる。
