判官（ほうがん／はんがん）は、日本の律令制下における官職の一つで、検非違使庁や諸国の行政・司法・警察などに関わる職名。また、平安末期の武将・源義経が検非違使判官であったことから、特に源義経を指す呼称としても用いられる。 / 「判官びいき」という慣用句に見られるように、非業の最期を遂げた者や、強者にしいたげられる弱者に対して同情・共感する感情を象徴的に表す言葉としての判官（＝源義経）。
