尿道球腺（にょうどうきゅうせん）は、男性の尿道のうち、前立腺部尿道と海綿体部尿道の移行部付近に位置する小さな外分泌腺で、射精前に粘液性の分泌液（カウパー液）を分泌し、尿道内を中和・潤滑する役割を持つ。 / 哺乳類の雄にみられる、生殖器系に属する付属腺の一つで、精液の構成要素の一部となる分泌液を出す腺。一般に「カウパー腺」とも呼ばれる。
