視唱(ししょう)のための練習法。音階の各音を「ド、レ、ミ、ファ、ソ、ラ、シ(またはティ)」と表し、楽曲のキーに応じた音程を捉える方法。例えば、固定ド式では「ド」は常にCを指し、可変ド式では楽曲のキーに応じて「ド」が変わる。
