canard.

is
not
that

universally
start
when
they
are
announced.
They
don't.
The

neither
do
anyone

Germanic
descendants
of
the
Anglos
and
the
Saxons
and
occasional
eccentrics
among
widely
scattered
ethnic
groups
do,
and
that
tends
to
intimidate
the
rest
of
us.
