...and that the inhabitants of the liberty of the borough of, &c. aforesaid, the liberty of the priory aforesaid, &c. respectively, from time whereof, &c. have repaired and amended, and have used and been accustomed to reapir and amend, and still of right ought respectively to repair and amend the said king's highway in the said indictment mentioned and alleged to be ruinous, in decay, and out of repair, in manner following, that is to say, the inhabitants of the borough of C. aforesaid, so much thereof as lies within the said borough, the inhabitants of the liberty of the priory aforesaid, so much thereof as lies within the said liberty, &c. (so on with the others,) to wit, at, &c. aforesaid, and this the said R. T. and T. S. for themselves, and the rest of the inhabitants of the said parish of C.
