This dissertation focuses on agriculture and the farmers' association in Tzutung township of Yunlin. Using innovative results executed by Tzutung Farmers' Association in recent years as cases studied, notably Agricultural Calendar in Life and garlic promotions, this dissertation, by adopting six models (A~F) theorised by Dr. Phillip Kotler in “Winning at Innovation: The A-to-F Model”, aims to analyze how a traditional farmers' association can escape structural limitations to pursue industrial innovations.
