out

publican

reſpective
pariſhes,
as
unfit
to
retain
a
licence,
who
did
not
exert
him
or
herſelf
to
preſerve
good
order,
and
to
prevent
meetings
or
clubs,
in
which
ſeditious
or
treaſonable
ſubjects
are
agitated,
being
held
at
his
or
her
houſe."
