turgescence
in
the
vessels
of
the
head,
this
is
to
be
obviated
by
bleeding,
both
generally
and
topically,
but
more
particularly
the
latter;
an
abstemious
diet
and
proper
exercise;
and
by
a
seton
in
the
neck.
