All participants share a common table of traditional foods — oatmeal in the morning, smørbrød and saft for lunch, lapskaus, fiskegratang, fried fish or Bergen’s fiskesuppe for middag and of course kveldsmat or kosekos of rundstykker, vaffler, svele, kanelboller (shillingsboller) in the evening.
