The sideboard ratios that are applicable for each general sideboarded fishery for a rockfish cooperative in the Catcher/processor sector are calculated by dividing the aggregate retained catch of that fishery, from July 1 through July 31 in each year from 1996 through 2002, caught by LLP licenses assigned to that rockfish cooperative that are subject to directed fishing closures under this paragraph (d), by the total retained catch from July 1 throught July 31 in each year from 1996 through 2002 caught by all groundfish vessels in that sector.
