The bluish coloration observed in two of our three patients is an unusual appearance and may also be seen with: hemangioma; dermoid or teratogenous cyst; hydatic cyst; neural cyst; inflammatory cyst; secondary cyst from adjacent structures (skin or conjunctival); and malignant melanoma.
