Preclinical investigation of the homodimeric tripeptidic system has shown its potential as an imaging probe in terms of its stable and defined radiochemistry with 99m Tc and 68 Ga. In preclinical models, DT(GSHMe) 2 shows high and specific accumulation at tumor site versus inflammation site.
