This process was repeated three times and all the pooled filterates were evaporated on a rotary evaporator (Eyela, Tokyo Rikakikai Co., Ltd., Japan), under reduced pressure (−760 mmHg) to get a dark greenish semi-solid material, yielding 20.7 wt/wt %.
