The increase in ear thickness was measured using a digimatic caliper (Mitutoyo, 12 13 14 Kawasaki, Japan) at 24, 48 and 72 hr post-challenge.

Our results showed that Endo-CC1 acted on both N-linked high-mannose type and sialobiantennary type complex oligosaccharides of glycoproteins RNase B and human transferrin, respectively, but not on the sialotriantennary type complex oligosaccharide of glycoprotein fetuin.
