The Shensi Provincial Government has approved the plan of its Provincial Department of Reconstruction for the building of a highway to connect Sian city with Tsoshui, Chen-an and Ankang, in southeastern Shensi and another road from Shang-hsien past Ankang to link up with the Sian-Chingtsukwan and Hanyin-Paiho Highways.
