リトルリーグの試合において、通常は見られない大規模な守備のミスにより打者がホームベースに到達することができる打席の状況を指す。

本来ならば簡単なゴロアウトのはずが、三人の守備者が衝突して一連の重大な守備ミスが起き、打者がそのままホームまで生還してしまった。
