北ミャンマー（旧ビルマ）に生息する、絶滅の危機に瀕しているコロビナ亜科に属するサル（Rhinopithecus strykeri）のこと。

調査で離散したごく少数の群れしか確認されなかったことを受けて、保護活動家たちはミャンマー北部に生息する絶滅の危機にあるコロビンザルRhinopithecus strykeriを守るため、緊急の保護運動を開始した。
