(mineralogy) A mineral with the chemical formula Ca₂(Al,Fe⁺⁺⁺)₂O₅, found in metamorphosed limestone.
An optical phenomenon sometimes seen on the summits of mountains when the observer is between the Sun and a mass of cloud or fog. The figures of the observer and surrounding objects are seen projected on the cloud, greatly enlarged and often encircled by rainbow colours.
