(2) The preceding paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case when an appeal lawsuit against a Disclosure Decision etc. or against a determination or decision regarding an objection to a Disclosure Decision etc., other than an Information Disclosure Lawsuit, is brought to the court of special jurisdiction prescribed in the Article 12, paragraph 4 of the Administrative Case Litigation Act.
