見える化: Literally means "making visible." Sometimes translated as "visualization," it is a management concept used by Toyota and other Japanese organizations. In addition to presenting problems and plans in an easily understandable visual form, the concept includes the goal of greater transparency and information sharing among employees and/or stakeholders in order to increase the organization's effectiveness.
