化学における逆滴定法。標準試薬を過剰に添加し、その後、通常の滴定法とは逆の手順で反応の量を測定する分析方法。

錠剤中のアスピリン含量を求めるため、直接滴定では反応が遅すぎたので、化学者は過剰の標準試薬を加えてからその過剰分を滴定する逆滴定を行った。
