Japanese Meaning

「いずれにしても、私の意見を言わせるならば」という意味で、相手から尋ねられていない自分の意見を述べるときに使われる。 / 「私の考えでは」「私に言わせれば」といった意味合いで、個人的な意見を導入する表現。
