(LGBT, slang) A trans girl, a trans woman; a male-to-female transsexual person.

(medicine) Used other than figuratively or idiomatically: see TS, girl. (A girl who has a medical condition, such as Turner syndrome or Tourette syndrome, which is initialized "TS".)
